MVLA Lightning is getting ready to defend its Region IV Championship on Monday June 20^th in Boise, Idaho.  The Lightning video crew will be streaming matches live, as well as providing updates on twitter & elsewhere. Please follow @MVLALightning for the latest on the team as they march around the country representing our great soccer state of Cal-North.

Monday’s match is at 7:00am Pacific Time (8:00am MT).  The live feed will be on Gsnap (http://gsnap.com/jimf/2417) where you can interact with the Lightning crew on the virtual sideline (chat environment), or on Ustream (embedded below, or http://www.ustream.tv/channel/region-iv-championships-2011). Ustream will also have the stored video after the game is over.
